A full refund is available if: (a) work has not commenced; (b) we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline due to our circumstances; or (c) deliverables significantly differ from the project scope without client approval.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed at the time of cancellation. Refund calculations consider: percentage of project completed, resources allocated, and third-party costs incurred.

4. No Refund Situations

Refunds are not available for: (a) completed and approved deliverables; (b) work delayed due to client non-responsiveness; (c) changes in project scope requested after approval; (d) services rendered beyond the cooling-off period.

5. Cooling-Off Period

For distance contracts, you have 14 days from contract initiation to cancel without reason, provided work has not commenced. This right is per EU Consumer Rights Directive.

6. Requesting a Refund

7. Dispute Resolution
